Felix Jackson is a Nigerian Bassist, Drummer, Composer, Producer and music director. He has been playing professionally for over a decade and half, and he is known for his soul, originality and musicianship, which has earned him a place as an A-list bassist in the Nigerian music scenery. He has shared the stage with local and international artiste, at live concerts and studio recordings respectively. He is best known for his work with Nathaniel Bassey and lovesong (NG), travelling both locally and internationally, serving as a bass player.
Felix’s unique bass playing style have been heard on a number of Nathaniel Bassey’s songs such as: Wonderful Wonder, Onise Iyanu (Awesome wonder), This God is too Good featuring Micah Stampley, and the recently released Indescribable love, to name but a few!
Felix is intenationally known for his work with the Ghanaian gospel icon Cwasi Oteng on his debut album THE MERCY PROJECT, serving as the bass player and co-arranger for the album project.
Felix has played on numerous tracks and albums as a session player and as a sideman for artistes and producers such as: Emmanuel Uzozie, Dunsin Oyekan (code red), Enitan Adaba, Pastor Helen Yawson (Ghana), TY Bello, Lenny LeBlanc (USA), Kaydee Numbere, Joel Aderinto, Wole Oni, Segun Ajuwon, Pastor Tony Zino, NNB, TREM Mass Choir (Evangel Voices) to name a few.
Felix is also a bass clinician and pioneer of sound of worship clinic Lagos. Also, he was a Guest artiste at the bass clinic Ghana in 2014 and 2011.
