[Music + Video] Abba Father – Minister Rita
Cameroonian gospel music minister, saxophonist, and songwriter Minister Rita, releases her single titled “Abba Father.”
The song helps you reflect on the things God has done in our life and how he gives us testimonies.
Sharing the inspiration behind the song, she says, “One Sunday evening, being depressed and not knowing what to do, I started singing songs of worship to my Father, and all of a sudden this song came “Abba Father.” While singing the Lord started speaking to me and showing me what to do in times of challenges and that’s how there was a turnaround in my life. Since then, I have been sharing testimonies of all kinds. It has also inspired me to write many other songs. To him alone be the glory.”
Minister Rita was born in a small town in Cameroon called Bamenda. 26 years ago, she had the passion and urge to sing and play saxophone, everybody she met discouraged her but she continued pushing, and she never gave up.
The song is produced by an anointed worship leader Pastor Chris Mbotake.
