[Music + Video] Jesu Layo Mi – Mesha Kadiri
Seasoned female Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and recording artiste, Mesha Kadiri, delivers a new single with a captivating visual titled “Jesu Layo Mi.”
The Yoruba-titled single [a language spoken in the Southwestern region of Nigeria] that means “Jesus Is My Joy,” in the English language.
Offering her thoughts on the song, Mesha says: “Sorrow may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning; no matter how difficult things are now, with God at your side, everything will be well.”
She goes on to speak of her desire to do a duet with her spiritual father, Pastor E.A.Adeboye, also known as Daddy G.O of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG): “Many people do not know that Daddy G.O sings and composed songs. I will like to have a duet with Daddy G.O.
Don’t lose concentration; he’ll show up for you.”
Mesha Kadiri is an elegant legend artiste that has been in the gospel scene for the past three decades and she’s still waxing strong in her musical career.
