Green Worship 3.0 To Play Host To Michael Smith, Nathaniel Bassey, Matt Redman, Dunsin Oyekan And Others.
The non-governmental organisation; Worship for Change confirms to convene Green Worship 3.0 [Virtual Edition] on Saturday 19th September 2020 by 5 pm (WAT) and 12 noon (EST) and features Michael W. Smith, Matt Redman, Nathaniel Bassey, Tim Hughes, Dunsin Oyekan, Paul Baloche and Martin Smith.
Worship for Change; an organization established in 2006 by Pastor Wale Adenuga and his team known for hosting an annual benefit concert “Green Worship” to raise awareness and support for indigent children, orphans and children with special needs; confirms that the 2020 edition of the concert will hold virtually due to global COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
Some of the confirmed artistes for this event include; Michael W. Smith, Matt Redman, Nathaniel Bassey, Tim Hughes, Dunsin Oyekan, Paul Baloche, Martin Smith, Sola Allyson, Glowreyah Braimah, Freke Umoh, Gbenga Adenuga & Wale Adenuga, Irynerock, Chilo de Cristo, Marija McKean Chigozie Akagha and Shola Aliogo are also on the bill.
This year, Green Worship 3.0 marks the third edition of the annual concert and plans have been perfect for airing on social media platforms and satellite TV.
With the great line up of outstanding musicians, the event will be broadcasted live on social media, DSTV (Channel 262), GOTV (Channel 102) and StarTimes (Channel 102)
For this year’s donation process, the ability to watch from all over the world should attract more people watching which the organization hopes brings in more donations.
The organization makes a pick of beneficiaries based on their focus on orphans, indigent children and special needs children by sending out announcements to fill the nomination form on the Worship for change website and then after several questions asked, they reach out to the foundations and organizations who are evident that are doing great work.

- Moyinoluwa Rainbow Foundation
- Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent De Paul, Province of Nigeria.
- Ikorodu Sickle cell club.
This year’s concert promises to be amazing!
Worship For Change’s yearly benefit concerts has helped to raise over N45 million, with the same disbursed, impacting thousands of indigent children and kids with special needs.
