Seasoned musician and actor, Afolayan Lawrence popularly known as Sacred Lawrence Afolayan, releases a fine tune titled “Sai Godiya.”

“Sai Godiya” delivered in Hausa [a language spoken largely in the northern region of Nigeria] translates as “I Praise Him” in English, is a worship song which is birthed to the world to worship God.

The song was inspired under an atmosphere of intense worship to the almighty God during an early morning praise event.

According to Sacred Lawrence, “Even though the meaning was not clear enough at the initial stage, it was amazing to know that the Holy Spirit inspires one to write songs even in a tongue beyond one’s comprehension. I believe that God has put His praise in my mouths especially at this critical period in our world.”

“As the praises of His people go to Him, His blessings will also come in form of healings on our land and homes.” – He concludes.

Lawrence currently serves as a music director in one of the foremost Pentecostal assembly in Nigeria as well as the presiding steward of the Sacred Voice of Yahweh in Lagos Nigeria.
