Download: Great Again – Obiora Obiwon

Energetic Nigerian gospel music singer, songwriter and recording artiste Obiora Obiwon releases a brand new single titled, “Great Again.”

Commenting on the song, Obiwon says; “I had never believed, more like had been indifferent, about Nigeria’s path to greatness.”

“Not until I heard a mentor of mine speak passionately about his dream and belief of a new and great Nigeria and I was taken. I went back home and the words started rolling out.

I sat on it and put it together, then called up my friend and producer Phat E. We were blessed to churn it out over a uniquely blended pop tune at the late legendary Sammie Okposo’s studio.” – he continues.

“I put it on YouTube and shared it with our blogs. This was in February 2011. Fast forward 12 years later to February 2023 and every lyric, situation and hope reflected in that song has become more relevant and deeply needed than ever before.

Join me to sing and declare the hope that has risen this season in our polity and in all our hearts for a new and different Nigeria in the run-up to the 2023 general elections.” – Obiora concludes.

This new song is produced by Phat E. It is accompanied by a music video directed and shot by DhatLexyPee for iFocus Pictures.
