Anointed Nigerian gospel minstrel and Psalmist Theophilus Sunday offer up a cover to an ancient yet powerful Igala sound titled, “Adua Ke O.”

The cover song features collectives from Eyitayo Ojo and musical maestro, JuzzyPro (Nigeria). It touches on “the efficacy of prayer in the life of a Christian” and is now a tool of revival across the globe.

In his words, “Pray O! Pray! Pray O! Pray!
Because prayer is the Spear, that old weapon of war, we use to defeat the enemy!”

It is titled in the Igala Language [a dialect spoken in the North-Central region of Nigeria] and translates to mean “Pray O” in the English Language.

Lyrics: Adua Ke O (Cover) By Theophilus Sunday x Eyitayo Ojo x JuzzyPro

Chadua ke o, me’na chadua ke o
(It’s only prayers, make sure you pray always)
Adua cho’ko, Ka du be bili juja o
(Prayer is the strategy that we fight the devil with.)

Adua ke o, me’na chadua ke o
(It’s only prayers, let us pray always)
Adua ke o, me’na chadua ke o
(It’s only prayers, let us pray always)

Adua cho’ko, Ka du be bili juja o
(Prayer is the strategy that we fight the devil with.)
