The life portrayed by Jesus Christ is a life of Inspiration and HE Inspired us. Asides from the fact that HIS main assignment was to redeem Man from destruction, Jesus did not just redeem MAN, He also gave us a template for living, an inspiration for excellent living.
Reading the Bible over and over again, various examples of HOW JESUS INSPIRED people to be more than what they think abound. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13 NKJV, is one of the passages in the scripture that inspires us to becoming anything we want to be in the promise and plan of God.
The Disciples (ordinary men) were sent out to preach the gospel of Christ, and as they did, it was recorded that they performed great and mighty works in the name of Jesus. How were they able to do this? Jesus on countless occasion sat with the disciples and the taught them, gave them instructions and inspired them to do great works.
Most times we mistake and misconstrue the concept of redemption. We assume that Christ giving his life on the Cross is an escape route for everyone. Though, it is an Escape route for those that realize and confess their sins, turn to Jesus and Righteousness but having salvation is not all that you need. Troubles, trials, tribulations, and temptations will come but the good news is that it will not overtake, overwhelm or overshadow you.
Jesus speaking, said “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” John 14:26
