Mercy Chinwo is a popular Nigerian gospel musician, singer, songwriter and actress, who has released several songs, albums. Mercy got involved in music at a very early age starting from the children choir, graduating to the adult choir. She became the winner of the Nigerian idol season 2 in 2012 which fully launched her musical career. Mercy released her first single in 2015 titled 'Testimony' and 'Igwe' a year later. In 2017, she got signed to the gospel music label, EeZee concepts and still signed till dates. She was awarded Best Gospel Artist at the CLIMAX Awards 2018.
