[News] Bluesky Citadel Wins UK Award, Heads to Global Stage
Bluesky Citadel, a Nigerian-led tech training platform based in the UK, has been named the UK Winner for Excellence in Learning & Development at the Digital Revolution Awards 2025.
Founded in 2008 by Nigerian couple Deji and Patricia Emmanuel, Bluesky Citadel has grown from one learner to over 10,000 global participants, offering mentorship, practical training, internship pathways, and interview support to aspiring tech professionals across the UK, Africa, North America, South America, and Asia.
“This recognition means the world to us, not just for what we do, but for why we started,” said Deji Emmanuel. Patricia Emmanuel added, “When they called Bluesky Citadel as the winner, there was a quiet pause between us—and then the emotion hit. It was humbling. It was God.”
Other nominees in the category included Capgemini, Version1, Devoteam, 4PS Construction Solutions, and BeSA. The awards, powered by Tenth Revolution Group and sponsored by Microsoft and NexxR, celebrate innovation and impact in digital learning and HR tech.
Bluesky Citadel now advances to the Global Digital Revolution Awards, set for June 19, 2025.
