Female Nigerian gospel songstress and music minister Blessing Davids unveil a brand new double-music release titled, “Wait on the Lord” and “I Will Praise Your Name.”
Offering her thoughts on both songs, Blessing says; “Wait on the Lord” is inspired by God at a point in my life while I was going through an inexplicable situation as a young Christian.”
“It came with a bible verse, Ecclesiastes 3:8: God is never too late, There is time for everything under the sun all we need to do is to wait on the Lord, and He will surely come true.
It is dedicated to all genuine Christians all over the world, passing through one trial or the other and to our present-day Youths who are so much in a hurry to get to the top.”
“I Will Praise Your Name” is borne out of the Joy of God’s faithfulness in the lives of his children and in my life in particular.” – Blessing says in the song.
“As it is written in Psalm 126:1 – “When the LORD brought back the captives to Zion, we were like men who dreamed. Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy.” – she concludes.
Blessing Davids began her music ministry in Christian Pentecostal Mission(CPM) Egbe branch, Lagos, where she ministered in songs for years before relocating to Benin City to join her husband after her wedding.
The Lagos-born gospel singer is currently a minister of the gospel with Perfection Gospel Ministry Int. Benin City.
