[Music + Video] Give Thanks – Buchi
Nigerian Reggae Gospel Music Minister, Songwriter, and Producer, Buchi Atuonwu professionally known as Buchi unveils a brand new Highlife-centric single and video titled, “Give Thanks,” in commemoration of his fifty-ninth(59th) birthday celebration on June 24th, 2023.
Embracing his origin from Eastern Nigeria, the new release is Highlife, a genre of music peculiar to Igbo people [a tribe in the Eastern region of Nigeria] and also a popular genre in West Africa.
Speaking on the song, Buchi says; “This is a rhythm of thanksgiving and celebration. It is special to me because it is a song of gratitude as I turn 59.”
He hails from Abia State with a discography of Eight(8) studio albums with Reggaeton as the central genre of his music of worship, praise, prayer inspiration, and dance.
