“Evening Praise with John Godfrey and Friends” took place at Ozubulu Civic Centre, Festac Town, Lagos, Nigeria on the 22nd of February, 2014 recorded great success as it featured the likes of award winning gospel artiste such as: Tim Godfrey, Obiwon, Gaise, Provabs, Nosa, Wale Samson, Aijay and host John Godfrey.

The audience contributed to the success of the concert as they all came out in mass and they were not disappointed as they were thrilled and blessed by the outstanding ministrations of all the artistes present.

The concert which was streamed live on AmenRadio also featured Wazobia Fm’s finest comedians as the likes of Igos, Emma Oh My God and Baba Kay held the audience spellbound with their rib-cracking jokes. The concert started with Nosa opening the floor with his songs, while John Godfrey performed “Akachukwu” remix amongst other songs, with Gaise & Provabs adding more vibes to the song, then Obiwon led the audience into the presence of God in worship, as Tim Godfrey & his crew, Republic of Xtreme(ROX) ended the concert while reeling out great songs from one of his albums as the audience danced and had an amazing time in God’s presence.
