Dynamic Nigerian gospel singer, vocalist, songwriter, and recording artiste, El Mafrex, releases a new single titled, “Idara Eyedu/It Is Well,” produced by Kris Flib.

The latest single features collaborative efforts from Psalmie Anthony, Rev. Ethel Odungide, YouteeSings, Rev. Gideon Benson , and TREF Community Choir.

Speaking on the song, Mafrex says; “For others, life feels like you’re in a pit with no escape in sight, and to others, life is a continuous cycle of grasping at straws.”

“This song is a reminder of God’s word in Psalms 30 verses 1-5: No matter how endless the night is, the morning comes; though you are pressed, you cannot be crushed; though you are persecuted, you’re not abandoned because Joy comes in the morning.” – he continues

“As a little boy sitting in a pew of my grandma’s church – The Apostolic church, and listening to the congregation chorus ‘Idara eyedu ku’ siere’ with so much conviction, I marveled at the intensity of their singing.

This chorus always plays on my mind, especially when I’m going through a rough patch.” – he concludes.
