Nigerian gospel singer, Oni John Ayomide popularly known as Jaybest brings yet another tune titled “Jesu.”
The Yoruba [a language fondly spoken in the western region of Nigeria] titled song which in verbatim translation is “Jesus” in English, is a worship medley born out of true salvation with the motive of drawing souls closer to God.
According to Jaybest, he says, “Trust wholly in Christ, rely on his suffering, and beware of seeking to be justified in any other way than by his righteousness.
Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient for salvation.”
