JROOTZ  releases New Video “Rebuild the wall”

An earthy Gospel singer/songwriter from St. Catherine, Jamaica, JRootz has been in the music arena for over 17 years – singing for most of her life.

The singer embraces a burst of fresh anointing as she challenges herself to sing all genres with the message of the Gospel attached to it, with Reggae and Jazz being her most flexed genres.

The name ‘JRootz’ stands for ‘Jesus Roots’, meaning that everything that we are or want to be will only be of eternal value if it is rooted and established in Jesus Christ; true identity can only be found in Christ.

She wants her music to teach, challenge, as well as to inspire – with each song she writes alluding to various testimonies in her journey and dialogues with the Lord. As such, her music tends to be practical and addresses real issues that tend to affect individuals.
