Amazing Nigerian gospel music minister and recording artist Dave-Contrite releases a brand new single titled, “Ya Kare (It Is Finished),” after a brief hiatus from music.
Speaking on the song, Dave says “This depicts a courageous message as we recall the event of man’s redemption story, in which Christ paid the ultimate price at Calvary over 2000 years ago.”
“It calls for reflection for everyone who has accepted this great gift of grace to mankind and an invitation for all who are going through life’s uncertainties and perils to come to receive a fresh breath of life only available in Christ Jesus (Matthew 11:28; John 10:10).” – he continues.
“I curl my messages from the hit verse of the bible, John 19:30, “When Jesus, therefore, had received the vinegar, he said, IT IS FINISHED: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
It speaks to every weary soul, all longing souls and anyone trampled and dejected in this world to know that Jesus has paid for every one of their pains. Therefore, come to have some relief in Jesus Christ today.” – Dave-Contrite concludes.
The single commemorating the Easter season comes as a follow-up to the works credited to him, “Dwelling Place,” “Mercy & Grace,” to mention a few.
This new song is titled in the Hausa Language [a language spoken in the Northern region of Nigeria] which translates to mean, “It is Finished” in English.
It is a mixture of English and Hausa dialects in lyrics, produced by G-Wills.
