Download: Benediction – Dunsin Oyekan

Anointed Nigerian gospel music minstrel, songwriter, and worship revivalist Dunsin Oyekan drops the music video to the single titled, “Benediction.”

Commenting on the song via his Youtube social handle, the “Eagle” as he is fondly called, says; “The first time the word “worship” is mentioned in the Bible is in Genesis 22:5 – “And Abraham said to his young men, “Stay here with the donkey; the lad and I will go yonder and worship, and we will come back to you.”

“Abraham knew without a shadow of a doubt that God would reward his obedience – “And Abraham said, “My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering.” So the two of them went together.” Genesis 22:8 NKJV.” – he continues.

“Jehovah Jireh blessed Abraham with HIMSELF – the reward of his worship.

In the New Testament, when Apostle Paul ended his book to the Corinthians, he declared the BENEDICTION over them. “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.” II Corinthians 13:14 NKJV

When we worship the Lord our God in Spirit and in truth – the reward of our fellowship with Him is GOD, not things. The Lord rewards us with His Grace, His Love and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit.” – Dunsin concludes.

The single comes from the recently released fourteen(14)-track album project tagged, “The Birth of Revival”. It includes some previously released singles such as, “Finger of God,” to mention a few.

This new song takes the number fourteen(14) spot in the album, with the video shot and directed by Lanre Esho.
