[Music + Video] Yeshua – Purist Ogboi

Download: Yeshua – Purist Ogboi

Energetic UK-based female Nigerian gospel music minister, songwriter, worship leader and recording artiste Purist Ogboi, premieres a brand new single titled, “Yeshua”.

Commenting on the song, Purist says; “It’s a song of hope, declaring God’s sovereignty over everything.”

“During the pandemic, we lost a lot of people and I personally lost a real special woman of God I highly admire.

As I pondered this unexplainable situation, the words for this song welled out of me: “Yeshua, Our Deliverer.” – she continues.

“Through the toughest of life’s trials, God remains our Anchor, our Strength and our Deliverer. Our God is always there; close like no other. He’s the fourth man in the fire.

I pray this sound will strengthen your faith.” – Purist Ogboi concludes.

This new song is written by Purist and produced by Evans Ogboi (for Simplicity Records, London UK). It is accompanied by a Music video.

Lyrics: Yeshua By Purist Ogboi

Verse 1:

In the darkest hour
You are still God
When it doesn’t make sense
You are still God

I put my hope in Jesus
My deliverer
You’re the 4th man in the fire
Through our fiery trials

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh

Verse II:

Even in the fire
You are still God
When the storm is raging
You are still God

You are my firm foundation
I will not be moved
You are a miracle worker
There is nothing you cannot do

Chorus:

Yeshua, My Deliverer
Yeshua, The one who holds tomorrow
The Reliable One, Dependable One
You are the Lifter of my head

Yeshua
My life is in Your hands

Coda:

Yeshua, my life is in your hands (2x)
Yeshuaaaa

Bridge:

Working it out
Yeshua (2x)
Yes You are
