[Music + Video] Ogo – Kent Edunjobi
Renowned Nigerian gospel singer-songwriter, vocal powerhouse, and worship leader Hazzan Kehinde Daniel, popular as Kent Edunjobi, releases a new single with a captivating music video titled “Ogo.”
The self-produced Yoruba-titled single [a dialect spoken in the Southwestern region of Nigeria], which means “Glory” in English, features powerful Yoruba lyrics and a soul-stirring melody.
“Ogo” is an anthem of hope and light, born from a deep place of worship. The song promises that, after every night, a bright morning awaits, echoing the assurance that God’s glory can’t be hidden,” says Kent Edunjobi.
He continues: “It lifts your spirit and reminds you of your purpose to shine. It’s a song to bring peace and strength, even in moments of darkness. Each note and verse rekindles the light within, affirming that you are meant to be a beacon in the world.”
This latest song joins a list of other works including “Ebenezeri”, “Yan Fanda”, “Praise In Zion (1.0)”, and “Ore Ope”, amongst other, all credited to him. It is mixed and mastered by Mr Wols, with the video shot and directed by Ajifilms.
“Ogo” is now available in all major online digital stores.
