Nigerian-UK Gospel music minister, Titi Sowemimo popularly known as T2 4 Real Grace rounds up the year with a brand new single titled ‘I’m Alive’ off latest album project – ‘Worship Journey’ [Chapter One].

It has been great year for the anointed music minister as the year saw the release of life transforming singles like – ‘Celebrate the King’, ‘Great God Reloaded’ and ‘Jesus’, all songs off her recent album – ‘Worship Journey’ [Chapter One].
