Sensational gospel diva, songwriter, EeZee Conceptz signee, recording artiste, and winner of the Gospel Groove Talent Quest 2023, Esther Olabisi popular as Labisi, drops a heartwarming new single and video titled, “Yahweh,” directed by GR33NIX, with Creative Dir/A$R and Executive Director, EeZee Tee.
The latest song from the Ibadan-born singer, with her unique sound, style of music, and excellent delivery, is described as “culturalistic and local,” owing to her indigenous background.
Speaking on the song, Labisi says; “Gospel Groove was a grooming land for me. The experience of the house would stay with me for life. The experience has built my career effortlessly.”
“This song is deeply rooted in Christian theology, with underlying themes of help and salvation through God’s grace.
It is a heartfelt acknowledgment of the saving power of God – “baba téwó gbà mí” – she concludes.
Esther Olabisi came into the limelight through the Gospel Groove Talent Quest organized by Eezee Conceptz, noting that the Talent Show Academy brushed up her ingenious gospel music style, and adding that her style is a fusion of Juju and Fuji.
