Topic: Oh Lord Lift Up My Head
Text: Zechariah 1:18-21
When we say there is a need to lift up a man’s head it only means that the head has been bowing down and such a person can’t speak when others speak, they are not confident of themselves or what they have inside of them
Saying OH LORD LIFT UP MY HEAD means;
1. A call upon God to turn someone’s disappointment to divine appointment. Judges 11:1-11
2. This is a call on God to turn someone’s shame to fame. Jer 52:31
3. It means Oh Lord come turn the table against the agents of the devil in my life
4. We say Oh Lord come and give me all round lifting. 2Sam9:1-5 #pray Oh God because am connected to YOU raise man to speak in my favour, raise a helper to mention my name in the palace
#pray Oh Lord I am available for many blessings this July
Prayer points:
1. Ps 103:2 – Father, I refuse to forget all your marvelous deeds to me since January up till now! Thank you very, very, very, very, much
2. 2 Sam 9:3a- Father, I am a candidate of kindness. The way David showed kindness to Mephiboseth, Father show kindness to me this month in Jesus Name
3. Heb 13:20– Father, remember the blood of the everlasting covenant today and lift up my head in Jesus name.
4. 2 Sam 9:3b- Father, through the words and action of an unknown and strange helper, lift my head up today in Jesus name.
5. Zech 1:20 – Every evil carpenter provoking failure and disappointments in my life thereby making my head to bow in shame, be scattered by fire in Jesus name.
6. 2 Sam 9:5- My Father, My Father relocate me from the button to the top and from down to high class in Jesus name
7. Joel 2:28- Father, lift up my head and restore my father’s house inheritance to me Jesus name
8. Ps 23:5- O Lord God, prepare an undeniable table of perpetual supply for me this month, the way David did for Mephiboseth in Jesus name
9. Phil 1:6- Father, lift up my head and perfect all that concerns me this month in Jesus name.
10. Ps 65:1- Father, I will sing your praises and tell everyone that you are the doer of it once you lift up my head in Jesus name.
