WALKING IN MY SHOES
Therefore, setting the pace for the concept of this title “Walking in my Shoes” WIMS will be objective to explain the unique nature of “WALKING IN” and how it relates to her second variable “MY SHOES”
The Unique concept of “walking in” will be derived from the answers of these NINESTRINGED questions;
Who should walk?
What should one walk in?
How to walk?
Why we need to walk?
When to walk?
Where to walk?
Who to walk with?
For whom to walk for? And,
How long can one walk? …
WHO SHOULD WALK?
We all should Walk, we all can Walk, infact we all must Walk and work with one mind bonded by love and in unity, so that the restoration of serenity in this generation will come alive.
Although this may seem impossible, even I may prove that restoration of peace is impossible. The recorded biblical prophecies that remind us that this world will end, and will not end in peace rather in pieces are enough prove for any wise person. Please read Matthew 24:4-31; and know that the LORD is not slack concerning His promise;
“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up” 2Peter 3:10(OLD KJV).
Also, “By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men 2Peter3:7 (New International Version-NIV)
The summary of why it is seemingly impossible to see peace again in this world is because of this one word factor, sin (having been backed up with prophecies), that sin will increase greatly, infact increasing day after day , I write not to encourage any of us for we know that “the wages of sin is death”… “And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach.” Isaiah 41:1.
I am sure we see this event happening around us. When this continue to happen every day, tell me, how can we then prophecy that war shouldn’t occur? The regular story of “Ile Olorogun” i.e. a home where by one man marries more than one wife and expects peace to reign; forgetting that naturally, the human spirit is constantly lusting to envy – a hostile home based on envy and rivalry. Ask Sarah and Hagar of the bible. How then that if we pray, shall we not pray amiss that the world should live in peace and harmony. I am not an anti-peace agent, I pray for the peace of my country Nigeria despite the menace of the popular “Boko boyz”-BOKO HARAM, planting bombs and killing innocent souls, their brothers. Creating fear in the heart of many, except for the good notion that it has turned, most people living in such terrorist activity areas, Abuja and the likes, into prayer warriors wanting to be sensitive to the Spirit, asking; “Should I go out today?”It may sound funny but we all know it’s because such act of terrorism puts everybody at risk. May God save us, save our family, friends and loved ones! In Jesus Name, Amen. I know you said Amen; still, it doesn’t evacuate them immediately from our country. Not just the boko boys who sit down to study evil, “For their heart studieth destruction, and their lips talk of mischief” Proverbs 24:2, they even say who can stop them “They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them? Psalm64:5, there are such other evil planted activities happening right under our nose that are worst than this.
A case where by a man robs off old civil servants of their retirement rights-gratuity, those due for pension and then was charged to court for embezzlement of such funds. We thinking that the law holders or judiciary should allow their sense of moral judgment play the role of severely punishing such, and then it was ordered by a court, that he pays a fine fee of #700,000 according to constitution. C’mon! Who is really Walking and who are those that are not meant to walk at all? No wonder the author of the book of Ecclesiastes, King Solomon, lamented bitterly and said; “There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, as an error which proceedeth from the ruler: Folly is set in great dignity, and the rich sit in low place. I have seen servants upon horses and princes walking as servants upon the earth”(Ecclesiastes 10:5-7)
Please when shall we, the princes and princesses of faith, ambassadors of peace rise up and take back our rightful position back upon the horses’ back. When? It was written but not against us that “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” Psalm 11:3.
“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:” 1Peter 2:9.
Some of the so called ‘saved’ have started walking and walking back, backsliding because we fall for the temptations of this world, becoming lovers of this diminishing earth.
Have you got a burden for souls? Please shod your foot with the gospel of peace, not depending on the wisdom of man.
Do you have brilliant ideas to help degrading humanity? Please don’t just seat down there and hope God will drop financial help from heaven.
Do you possess essential qualities and godly discernment for financial management? Get into the stock market and effect a change.
Do you detest injustice and crime? Please summon courage and tread the law enforcement sectors! Let’s learn obedience to the law.
Can you lead and be transparent, do you also move with like-minded friends? Please be our president and appoint credible ministers especially the greatest Counselor on earth, the Holy Spirit.
Are you creative in fashion designing? Please create dresses that will emulate decency and let’s walk in decency and modesty.
What is that stuff inside of you that you know will benefit this great nation of ours and yourself, please stop delaying before another with better stuff and evil intentions shows up!
